We develop alternative raw materials from underutilized residues. We identify, source, refine, and reintroduce mineral by-products from quarrying and industrial processes into regional supply chains.

We aim to increase the efficiency of mineral extraction systems by maximizing the use of already mined raw materials. At the same time, we support industries in accessing reliable, regionally sourced alternatives that reduce dependence on new extraction. 











Services












RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY

We identify, source, refine and deliver specialized mineral by-products from regional quarries and industrial operations. Each material stream is evaluated for its technical properties and matched to specific industrial requirements.

We supply tailored raw material blends adapted to the parameters of granulometry, mineral composition, lime and silica content, and process compatibility.

CONSULTING & DEVELOPMENT

We provide technical and strategic guidance to both mineral suppliers and industrial manufacturers. For the extraction industry, we assess material properties to identify viable application pathways for their by-products. For manufacturers, we evaluate production requirements, conduct compatibility testing, and develop tailored formulations that integrate secondary mineral inputs into existing processes. From feasibility analysis to pilot implementation, we translate mineral by-products into functional, scalable material systems.

BESPOKE PRODUCTION

We collaborate with architects and industrial partners to convert local mineral residues into project-specific building materials. In close dialogue with the design and construction team, we translate site conditions, performance requirements, and architectural intent into custom building components, from façade elements and masonry units to surface systems.

Through the strategic reuse of regional mineral streams, material origin becomes an active design parameter, embedded directly within the construction process.









Studies




GRAVEL WASHING FINES

Gravel washing fines are the ultra-fine particles separated from gravel and sand during wet processing. As extracted aggregates are washed to remove clay, silt, and organic matter, a slurry of suspended fines is generated and typically collected in sedimentation basins or filter presses. Despite their high availability, they remain largely unused and are sent to landfill.



STONE MANUFACTURING DUST

Stone manufacturing dust is produced during the quarrying and mechanical processing of natural stone, such as sawing, grinding, polishing, milling, and finishing operations. These fine particules accumulate on factory floors or are extracted via dry or wet filtration systems. It is typically discarded and, depending on its composition,  may require specialized handling. 



CONCRETE-REJECT SAND

Concrete-reject sand refers to the granular fraction typically below 1 mm, too fine to meet grading specifications for structural concrete mixtures. Unlike gravel washing fines, it is not slurry-based but results from the screening of sand and gravel deposits, or from overcrushing during aggregate refinement. It is commonly stockpiled as a non-spec filler, or left unused.
